Our Elements package is based around a core support service that covers all of your staff and key business IT services. Support is delivered by a combination of remote support (via the helpdesk) and a team of onsite technicians if this is what the requirement dictates.
Elements gives customers a choice of what is covered by our support to fine-tune costs as much as possible. The elements that form these choices are cloud, cyber security, disaster recovery, networks and phone systems. Some of our larger customers already have cover for these services so it doesn't seem fair to bundle and charge for services that are not required. Any professional services that are not agreed as part of the bundle are charged at an hourly rate but subject to financial authorisation beforehand so you stay in control of your budgets and the services you may require mid agreement
As part of the agreement conception, an amount of days and meetings per year will be agreed to ensure services are kept on track and feedback is encouraged. A member of management staff at Stability will also be provided as a central point of contact to service as your go-to person for anything you want to suggest or discuss.
Elements starts at £15+VAT per device, per month and comes with a money back satisfaction guarantee. Service is subject to an SLA and our terms and conditions of business.
